| Frankllin Mint Private Printing Firm located in Philadelphia which got permissions to print some special Specimen Sets, circa 1975. They printed sets from 15 countries whose notes were/are printed by Thomas de la Rue. The venture was probably unprofitable, as the hoped for second group of 15 countries were never produced. TdlR, of course, also prints its own Specimen Sets. The Junklyn Mint reproductions are distinguished only by having a Maltese Cross as part of set numbers, in addition to regular All Zeroes specimen serial numbers.
