All prices are in USA Funds -- USD -- American Dollars.
All prices which are not preceded by either a = (an equal sign) or a + (a plus sign) are estimated prices. You may bid higher or lower. Ridiculous prices are a waste of time for everyone.

We never Register outgoing mail! Within USA, it is extremely difficult to collect on losses. Outside USA, the maximum indemnity is only about $40.00. And, collecting is hell; I know people who write them for years, always being asked about "exchange value", ie, what a bank would pay. They either do not understand collector values, or pretend they don't in order to avoid paying up. Your experience(s) may differ. Everybody I've corresponded with on this matter agree with me.
All Registered and Insured shipments to other countries involve various forms, including one demanding a Declaration of Contents AND Value. Upon arrival, the customer may have to pay an exhorbitant toll (or differently named extortion), based on my declaration of value. Depending on what country you are in, this toll may be as high as 25%! The only way around this is for you to ask me to declare "GIFT PACKET -- ZERO COMMERCIAL VALUE". This, of course, again means that the contents are shipped at buyer's risk. ..... Consequently...
Almost all my clients in Europe and the Pacific Rim ask only for ordinary airmail. Such shipments are sent as "plain" as possible, ie, using those ugly PO generated sticker "stamps" instead of my preferred HUV (High Unit Value) PHILATELIC stamps.
Still, people in some countries, notably in Latin America and The Levant, insist on paying extra for Registration. It makes them feel better, as they believe, due to previous experience, that ordinary airmail is often pilfered.
Absolute security is obtained only from FedEx, but only to places where FedEx goes. Very high value items can be sent by air, and received received within two or three days. The downside is that the minimum cost is approximately $50.00.
All payments must be in American Dollars (USD).
Currently we accept cash, checks and money orders. We do not accept plastic. [We may never accept credit cards. Rather, we are waiting for cyber-cash to become secure and inexpensive.]
Payments from Other Countries must be either in cash (USD = American Dollars), or checks or money orders drawn on a bank in USA. These are the only two options. Please do not suggest Western Union or Bank Transfers.
Remittances must be made out to M Tiitus -- not IMBL!
+ ..... a plus sign preceding the estimated value (last column) means Minimum Bid
= ..... an equal sign means Fixed Price (essentially for current hard currency notes)
U ...... means Uncirculated or New (note that we do not use UNC, Unc or unc)
VETFIU ..... Very-Easy-To-Find-In-Uncirculated
